HEFT Resurfacing / Safety Improvements  

The HEFT improvement project consists of milling and resurfacing the existing two to five lanes of nearly seven miles of roadway, including the existing auxiliary lanes, in two separate sections of the HEFT. The two projects on the HEFT (SR-821: MP 11.80 to MP 16.80 and MP 20.40 to MP 22.50) with a construction cost of $5,550,243.52; and resurfacing and safety improvements to the HEFT (SR-821: MP 0.0 to MP 9.2) with a Construction cost of $8,988,742.03.
